However this is not the issue even though it is super annoying to stop your machine without a grace period.
After 3 months of using their service, they have randomly suspended my account due to « Spam » without any further clarifications. So I have tried to understand the issue, they couldn’t even explain the exact reason, they had to ask for my username and password to login lol! Really?! Wow super secured your system! Anyways, after login to my system they have found an excuse saying that you have installed an email extractor therefore we have suspended your account!! Really! Have you even checked if this software was ever used? Anyway, without getting further in details, they have literally made me pay 1 month of service to tell me that your account was suspended and we cannot do anything for you.
