Many thanks admin. A senior support staff jumped in when the review was launched and he apologized by saying that they didn't get the correct information for the updated VPS specifications (I have no idea why) and refunded all my money . He also offered me a free 3 months VPS with 4TB bandwidth allowance. I told him that I might accept that VPS after they updated their webpage. They finally updated their webage with the correct information and I accepted their offer.

Very bad company. I purchased two days ago and I have been cheated by them. On their webpage, they show that Linux KVM-SSD 2GB VPS comes with 4TB/month bandwidth plan and kept showing until I purchased. After I purchased and logged into my VPS, it was only 2TB/month. I made a complaint as soon as I realized but they didn't care me and kept saying that their webpage is not updated. and don't take the responsibility at all. As you all know, monthly BW allowance is one of the key of information to choose a VPS and I chose their VPS for that reason. But they used that information to cheat a customer like me. You can still see that fake information is still on their webpage. I took all the screenshot on how did they cheat me and also conversation made with them. I didn't want to use with such and dishonest company and I have asked them to fully refund my money as they mentioned in their webpage as 7-day money back guarantee. They haven't refunded yet and stalling me by asking questions, may be until 7 days is over.
Great customer support and good services at a good price
I have their services about a year ago, and except a small issue, all the time the service has worked very well. If you add to this, that the customer service is very quick and good, and the price is good, you have a global service very good and recommended.
They are a great robber...
After payment of new month they suspended my vps...
Why?
Because i use my CPU and RAMM in full amount and they just want some stupid clients who not using the VPS resource all the time...
Refund is not available and after i asked for refund a rude f..ing guy answers in just two word : "refund impossible"...
What a stupid services...
They send me next month service fee invouce and right after my payment they suspended my service...
