I am really surprised about hostever, customer service they are really great, I was facing the critical error in my wordpress website then I knock to live chat after knocking someone help me alot to back my site

Wow, Wow, Wow, this was a positive experience with tech support who truly cares. Too many times I spend a long time answering questions, and more questions. This time there were no major questions, just straight dealing with the issues and finding solutions. There was a point where he escalated the issue, but eventually, it was solved. Again, great work.

I had troubles with my website. It was infected. Explained the problem and felt i was left in the woods on my own. Tanbir picked up the problem and took the right decisions. Well done. I have however a downside on it. All the different persons that pick up the reply post. I found that they did not know where it was going about. But over all, well done. Thanks.
