The response time from their customer service can take around 11-12 hours, but trust me, you rarely even need to contact them for anything other than billing. In a whole year, I've only had to reach out to their customer service once. The servers might go down for maintenance every 4-5 months for 2-3 hours, but most of the time, they don’t go down at all. Before Contabo, I encountered worse VPS providers with servers shutting down every 1-2 hours. When I switched to Contabo, it was such a relief. I definitely recommend them!
