update: just a few mostly non hosting related (paypal,etc) issues since 2018
on 2018 swiched to fusion and no regrets. i have just a few sites nothing fancy, cpanel migration was painless. was a set it and forget it. nothing to complain so far.
I purchased a web hosting plan for my blog website about a month ago and during the migration I had some issues with not being able to access my wp admin dashboard. After opening a support ticket I found they resolved the issue very quickly I had the wrong php version set in my cPanel.
Hi Fusion team I just wanted to give you this review as I just had an amazing job done by one of your techs via a support ticket on one of our clients wordpress websites I spent hours trying to find out what happened to the website and was so scared we messed up the website and upon opening the ticket within 30 minutes the tech resolved the issue. You all are amazing and life savors!
I have been using them to run a cloud instance for our backups they are always 100-400Mbit/s in transfer speed with the high end network connectivity and SSD servers.
I do wish they would provide backups included for the server but I did get told for an extra fee they can enable backups. Great company great team will definitely use them for more deployments soon.
Very easy to start my account I got an email i would say 20 minutes after signing up from one of the tech support agents asking if I needed help getting my website transfered. I opened a migration ticket with them and they got it all transfered in about 30 minutes. Really good service.
