When I went to cancel one of the 3 IPv4 ranges I had on lease with them after a year, due to the need to decrease cost, I was told that I wasn't allowed, and would have to either renew all services or cancel all. I attempted to go back and forth with them, since I was able to do this very thing a few months prior, but was talked down to in the support ticket by the owner, with no signs of sympathy. Will never buy any service with them in the future and I recommend staying far far away.
ik ben Hostio Solutions tegen gekomen om dat ik opzoek was naar een antwoord op een vraag, ik heb dit antwoord gekregen en veel meer. service is meer dan top je kan alles vragen zij zijn altijd bereid om antwoord te geven waar nodig de nodige ondersteuning ik ben nog niet lang genoeg klant maar tot nu toe zijn de producten die ik huur top geen problemen heel gemakkelijk te gebruiken.
ik ben oprecht geschrokken van hoe goed deze klant service is ik vond de ontmoeting via video call zeer fijn zo heb je ineens een gezicht met wie je praat later in de support en alles werd duidelijk tijdens deze call
top gasten ik ben niet de persoon die snel veranderd overal heb je wel eens tegenslag maar na de video call stond mijn besluit vast en dat zal zo nog voor vele jaren zijn
