Everything I can find about this company points to the fact that they are very stable.  I looked through social media pages, other review locations and more and didn’t notice anyone complaining about downtime or even excessive slowness.  The hardware they use is quite nice, and they are located in modern data centers so there is no reason to think that there will be any issues related to to downtime or anything like that.

The features offered by this company are quite generous given the prices they charge.  For their shared hosting services, they start out with unlimited disk space and bandwidth, which is better than most other companies.  They also have unlimited databases and email addresses with all their packages.  This option also comes with a 30 day money back guarantee.  

When you move up to VPS servers you will start out with a 1.5 GHz processor and 1 gig of RAM.  The hard drive is 50 gigs and you are limited to 1000 gigs of bandwidth per month.  The dedicated servers are significantly better, with an Intel Core i7-4770 and 32 gigs of DDR3 RAM.  Dedicated servers also come with 2 SATA6 hard drives at 2 TB each.  Of course, there are other options that you can consider in each of the packages, but this shows you that they are focused on quality. 

You can select the operating system you want from Linux, Windows and OpenVZ.  You can also get a variety of other nice features, especially if you’re going to be running a site that streams audio.  For all their options you can choose whether you want the site physically hosted in the US, Canada or Germany.

Tech Support Seems Good

The tech support with this company appears to be quite good.  They have a phone number you can call, or you can submit a ticket to get the help you need.  In addition, they have a knowledge base to learn more on your own and even user forums where you can get help from other people using their services.  While it would be nice to see more information about the people actually providing the support, there is no reason to think that you’ll have issues if you need to contact them.
