After paying for a server in Paris, they wanted to charge us a $60 setup fee. This was not disclosed on their website when we placed the order. Very unprofessional. We demanded a refund and they did give us one.

Before placing order you have discussed your requirements with us and we have shared the best possible solution to meet your requirements. Once you placed order we have again informed you that this server don't comes with IPMI access. IPMI access can be provided from server based in Frankfurt.
