Each package comes with a wide range of features that help ensure you have everythign that you want for your website.  They offer a nice site builder, as well as options to automatically install platforms like WordPress and many others.  They even have a project management platform included, which while most people wont' need, it is a nice little perk that is nice for those who do.

As is expected, the features that are included with the packages get better as the price goes up.  Things like the number of MySQL accounts, disk space and more are all fair and will meet the needs of most customers.

This company has a 24/7 live chat option and toll-free phone support available to customers.  They do encourage you to use their online ticketing system, however, which allows you to better track the issues.  In addition to these services, they have a good online support page that has how-to's and other self-help items.

There have been quite a few current and former customers who have complained that technical support is slow to respond and the level 1 support teams often can't fix even basic issues.

They have many different packages to choose from, so the chances are that you'll be able to find one at a price you can afford.  No matter which one you choose, you will find that it is right at or around the industry average for packages with similar features.  Overall, there really isn't too much to say about the pricing here.  You are getting a good deal for each package.
