What shocked me the most were the unsatisfied customers that faced a lot of downtimes. If that’s true, ResellerClub should do something as soon as possible. The uptime is the most crucial element of the performance that determines whether you’ll lose or gain customers.
Loading Time – The Industry’s Average
Many types of research show that if your website takes too long to load, the customer will simply exit it. Once you get into your ResellerClub account and log in to the cPanel, you will see this dashboard.
More precisely, in the cPanel main menu, you will have access to:

But, before I get to describing anything, let’s have a more detailed look at the dashboard.
Dashboard
In the top right corner, you can have a look at your account settings, such as your username. There, you can change your password, your language, style, etc. The best part is that it can all be reset with a single click.
On the left side of the screen, you can see a sidebar that includes ‘Home,’ statistics like file transfers, email account numbers, domain names, etc., commonly used links, an overview of bandwidth & disk space, and user management to add/ remove users email accounts, manage who has access to FTP, etc.
Updating Contact Information
If you want to update any contact information, you should click on the dropdown menu, which is next to your username. Then, click on ‘Contact Information,’ and you’ll get to this screen.
You will see a whole list of preferences that, if you tick, you’ll get notifications about them. In the end, you should just click ‘Save.’
Changing Password
To change your password, you need to click on ‘Password & Security.’ First, you need to enter your old password and then create a new one.
Domains
In the ‘Domain’ section, the users can add or remove a domain. Yes, you can host more domains within the same cPanel. Isn’t it great?
If you want to add a new domain, click on ‘Addon Domains.’
After you are done, click on ‘Add Domain’ and enjoy. Furthermore, if you want to edit or remove a domain, click on ‘Modify Domain,’ which is a subsection to the ‘Addon Domains.’
Email Accounts
The following section we’ll look into is the ‘Email Accounts.’ Here, you can add a new email account. By clicking on ‘Email Accounts,’ you will see the following screen.
You’ll be requested to enter an email, domain, and password, and once you are done, click on ‘Create Account.’
Files
The ‘Files’ section gives you access to upload files, take backups of your website, and manage FTP accounts. If you are willing to upload a new file, you just need to click on ‘File Manager.’
