Reliable Dedicated Server Provider with Excellent Support

I have been using a dedicated server from Elite Server Management for several months, and my overall experience has been very positive.

Before choosing a provider, I compared several companies, but what stood out to me was the responsiveness and technical knowledge of their team. They took the time to understand my requirements and helped me select a server configuration that suited my workload rather than simply trying to upsell additional services.

The server provisioning process was smooth, and the server was delivered as promised. Network performance has been stable, and I have not experienced any major downtime. The hardware has performed reliably, and whenever I needed assistance with operating system installation, networking questions, or server-related issues, the support team responded promptly and professionally.

One thing I particularly appreciate is that support requests are handled by people who actually understand servers and infrastructure. Instead of receiving generic responses, I received practical solutions and clear explanations whenever technical issues arose. This has saved me considerable time and reduced operational headaches.

Another positive aspect is the flexibility they offer. Whether it is custom server configurations, IP-related requests, or assistance with server management, the team has been willing to work with me to find suitable solutions. Their communication has always been straightforward and transparent.

For anyone looking for a dedicated server provider, especially those running hosting services, business applications, virtualization environments, or resource-intensive workloads, I would recommend giving Elite Server Management serious consideration. My experience has been that they deliver reliable infrastructure backed by knowledgeable support, which is ultimately what matters most when your business depends on your servers.

Overall, I am satisfied with both the service quality and the level of customer support provided, and I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future.

I highly recommend

I went through a really stressful situation with my server recently, especially for my wowhost.ro server. My websites were offline, and I was honestly under a lot of pressure because I didn’t know where to start or how bad things could get.

That’s when I got help from John at Elite Server Management.

From the beginning, he took control of the situation and handled everything step by step. The server had to be rebuilt and restored, and he managed to recover all accounts and bring everything back online. That alone gave me a lot of relief.

What I appreciated most is that he didn’t just fix the immediate issue and leave it there.

He went further and properly configured everything – security, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux, PHP, email setup, and backups (Wasabi + OVH). It took some time, but everything was handled carefully and correctly, without rushing.

I also had quite a few questions during the process, but he answered everything clearly and helped me understand what was being done.

At some point, I realized I didn’t need to constantly check or stress anymore, which made a big difference for me.

Now the server is stable, secure, and running much better than before. I feel a lot more confident about it.

Overall, a very good experience. Professional, responsive, and reliable support.

I definitely recommend Elite Server Management if you need proper server management or help in critical situations. They know what they’re doing and can be trusted when things go wrong.

Thank you again for the support.

The service is really good

I liked the customer support and they resolved my issues quickly. Just the price is a bit on the higher side, but for the services I get, I think it is justified. I’m using a dedicated server and my experience has been great so far.

Incompetents and liars at best, scammers at worse

I won't talk about every problem, as there would be a lot (more) to say, but I have to give you my horrible experience.
01/08/23: I contact them in the goal of leasing a subnet.
04-06/08/23: They seem to be able to suit my needs, so I try to buy a subnet plus a server, but there are problems. Firstly, depending on which page I look, the specifications of the "NVME 128" server aren't the same. You first see “unmetered bandwidth”, but when you buy it, it says 50 TB (which the company confirmed it is). They also say 2 x 2 TB SSD, but when you buy it it's only 960 GB, they confirmed it was in fact 2 x 2 TB but I had to add a second disk, which added cost. Secondly, the credit card option isn't working, PayPal is the only alternative (it seems to have been resolved now).
I find out that you can pay on the PayPal page without a PayPal account so I do it. It should now take them at most 12 hours to set up the server (their words).
07/08/23: They announce they are purchasing new hardwares, meaning it will take more time.
13/08/23: The server is finally usable, but again, problems appear. The biggest one being with the subnet, it doesn't suit my needs at all, I was extremely clear from the start that I needed something particular, they explicitly stated that they were able to deliver that. They said I had to wait for the subnet to become what I wanted it to be.
17/08/23: I waited more than planned, I contacted them again about the issue, they said that what I wanted wasn't possible, which doesn't make sense for two reasons. Firstly, it's simply not true. Secondly, why would they say they have it, when they don't or can't?.
Following this, I ask for a refund, as they lied multiple times (another example: the CPU of the server I got wasn't the advertized one, and wasn't as good) and were completely unable to deliver what I asked for.
19/08/23: After a bit of arguing, they finally accept my demand, my "order will be refunded".
09/09/23: Many messages later, many excuses later, I'm still waiting for the refund, it was said to take 3 days at most, it's been 3 weeks already.

Great deals on dedicated servers & lightning fast support response times.

Their dedicated servers are great deals, one of the few that will include raid hardrives for a reasonable amount.
And the support is really fast and helpful. They even gave me a more powerful server then the one I ordered, which I appreciate a lot. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
