I have more than 60 websites hosting with them, Excelnode. I give them 10/10 as I'm really satisfied with their services. I rarely login to my account because their services are stable and 99% uptime i could say. You just pay and forget on Excelnode then let your biz runs.

The title is the only words I have for this company. I used a 50% off discount and their system bugged out and gave me the services for free. They contacted me right away and told me this was a bug on their end. I wanted to downgrade my VPS plan and had my VPS active in no time. Support has been amazing since I first visited their website. I won't be changing hosting any time soon. This company is a credit to the hosting industry and I hope to be working with them for many years.
Excelnode has the Crappiest Customer Service, i tried paying for a vPS i was a Bit Short on Cash, and they had 10 OFF i forgot too Enter PROMO Code and they Wouldent Even help me or Refund me or nothing, so i would HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend NOT too use them, there also from INDIA and they scam you. Just a WARNING. DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!
Hello, The customer in question ordered a service, made a partial payment via Bitcoin (paid about 60% of the invoice cost) and asked for his service to be setup. We clearly mentioned our policy that services cannot be setup until payment is received in full, he asked us to generate another invoice for rest of the amount, which we did. After that, he was unable to pay for the outstanding amount due to lack of funds and insisted that his service be setup immediately. We clearly mentioned that his service cannot be setup until he clears the outstanding balance or he can simply request for a refund. The customer also swore at our staff on multiple occasions, not to mention that he sent over 300 messages on Skype constantly. Finally, he requested for a refund via ticket instead of paying the outstanding balance and we are processing his refund as promised a few hours ago. I'm sorry that you are mad at us because we didn't waive the outstanding amount on your invoice and provide you with the service with 40% discount. If it's fine with you, I'd like to post the link to your BitPay invoice as proof since it doesn't contain any sensitive information and the invoice would speak for itself. Lastly, we wish you best of luck with your future endeavours.
I really don't know from where to start. First the price, it's one of the most important things for everyone - Fully managed for $40/month... I never think that's possible! Support - more then perfect. Someone made a cones of one of my sites. Support teach me how to block cone sites using cloudflare. They help me with so many things... Honestly the best support ever!
