disgusting company, is the worst, is hosted on OVH servers. blocked just like that, for that stupid spamhaus it appeared their IP absolutely nothing about blocking was not written in their rules. spamhaus said that I asked for some domain that has been in some blacklist. no one checked anything just gave ban it's all. all know how stupid imbeciles spamhaus is. but the host does not know anything

If you are looking for Reliable vps provider than don't look into galaxyhostplus.they don't have time for you.they would suspend your account without telling you reason and wouldn't reply your ticket since 48 hrs.
It always was a service with availability issues and somewhat sketchy performance but that was okay - you get what you pay for.
They recently has issues of some kind, causing my VPS to be down. I tried to find out what happened through a support ticket but got no response. After 11 days, the VPS was back up as a freshly imaged VM - configuration and data were gone. I only found out a couple of days later because again there was no communication at all even about my installation being gone. Unacceptable even at this price point - at least keep customers informed about what is going on and that they need to dig out the backup ...
I connected Paypal automatically and they took money without our consent (with services that do not exist). After two months still have not refund the amount, the tickets are not answered, I open them and are put on hold with trivial excuses.
