My Experience with Hosting Raja Shared Hosting
I recently moved one of my personal projects to Hosting Raja’s Shared Hosting plan. After using it for a few months, I’ve had a chance to see how it actually performs in a real-world scenario. Here is my honest take on the service.

Pros:

Extremely affordable for those on a tight budget.

Localized servers are great for targeting audiences in India.

Reliable uptime for small to medium websites.

Cons:

The renewal prices can be higher than the introductory rates (keep an eye on that).

The upsell emails can be a bit frequent.

If you are a student, a small business owner, or a hobbyist looking for a reliable home for your website without breaking the bank, Hosting Raja is a solid choice. It’s not "luxury" hosting, but it gets the job done well for the price you pay.

Bad Hosting
I purchased the Linux shared plan with them, the Laravel is not working because they disabled many features of shared hosting. Their support is very bad and confusing. I left the server and asked to refund but they want to more money and told me me switched to Laravel server.

In all standard shared hosting you can run and install Laravel, wordpress and many more, this hosting is only ok if you have only static pages like html website. Otherwise no useful. They disabled many features of shared hosting and demand only mony.

check their ticket reply;-

As per the privous, you have purchased, Linux shared plan, and now your requirement is Laravel in same, You can purchase Laravel server as per your requirement, Refund is not possible for the mentioned reason as you have purchased a wrong plan, If required we can upgrade your plan to Laravel. Our sales team will assist you on the same.

Small budget? Go for HostingRaja [Honest Review]
[This is the review after using HostingRaja Linux Shared Server Hosting & VPS Hosting.]

I have been working as freelancer since 3 years, I tried alot of hosting companies, bigrock, godaddy, hostgator but why I am sticking with HostingRaja since last year is basically for 2 main reasons :

1) Best Affordable Prices : Yes, I bought VPS Plan & Linux Shared Servers and I paid 50% less that the sites I mentioned above. If you are on tight budget you still can go for VPS or Shared just in case.

2) Amazing Support : Expect tech support working on your issue even at 3 am, I got mail from them regarding the fix for my issue at 3 am, trust me. I was newbie to VPS as I never worked on it, these guys done migration for FREE of cost for one of my sites, added FREE SSL Certificate & to be honest most of the work they did as I had no coding knowledge for handling SSH and PuTTy, so even if you don't have technical knowledge, go for it, tell them what exactly you need in ticket and they'll do it for you (Without having to pay anything)
I really had great support from one of tech support executives - Mr. Abhi, I had been talking with him regarding my work & issues and I really got to know alot about VPS and other things that normally nobody would spend time telling you.

Few problems I faced :
1) Few times I tried calling tech support there was no answer for my calls but out of 5 support numbers, I could reach one of their tech support executives, so try calling all of the numbers provided on their support page.
2) I tried talking over Live chat as they have on their site, if you are talking with tech support, I had to share my ticket ID everytime, they didn't really do much on Live chat but I guess that's okay as their Ticket System is well organized so I am okay with it.

But if you are :
1) having low budget but want great server features (as a freelancer, I had many clients with low budget)
2) looking for great tech support
3) looking to host multiple sites without downtime (I suggest VPS is perfect & under budget, I paid 14k only and hosting multiple sites with 100% uptime and got great performance)

then, just go for it, trust me!

In the starting I faced some issues with my website due to slow loading speed but now its working fine. I would say they have provide cheap shared hosting plans at economical rates and even their support is decent.

Extreamly poor support during downtime and no response from hosting raja
We have purchased VPN hosting from hosting raja. Since today our website is down due to server not responding. Even after various escalation and followups since morning no corrective action from hosting raja.This is causing us tremendous financial loss and unhappy customers to us being online selling business. Hosting raja is not a professional company to work with. Last time they took more than 35 hrs to correct the issue and requested me to remove the review from here with the promise it will not be repeated again.

On time Support at an affordable price

I started with a shared hosting service, but as my business and website grew I opted for a VPS service. Though I faced some issues like downtime and slow speed but they technicians were always available to assist me.
