The server crash with Startup Recovery fails to fix the problem

They are cheaters! i have 2 server with then! when i have an issue on one server and asked to fix that! they are not ready to fix and the support was really poor! so i have raised the dispute ! after that they have terminate my other server and removed my account ! don't trust them!
