site down for more than 5 days. No response from support. Ticket closed without any reply and they dare to send BILL for renewal. Today their site itself is down. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. HOSTADVICE should DELIST this SCAMMER
I have ordered an webhosting service to that company and after 3 days i had no services up , they not replay to the tickets i think it’s is scam , stay away from that company .
Horrible, they used to be very good but recently I got a unresponsive VPS for days! and constant problems with control panel which is slow and sometimes unresponsive, also vnc viewer not working anymore and support says it works.
Very unstable, only buy it if you just want a "TOY". Server randomly shutdown, and the customer services tell you nothing, might simply "oh motherboard broken, but we are in vacation, ETA on tomorrow", after tomorrow, server still down. They just treat client like a dumb!
Nexus bytes is a really low quality provider. I ordered a simple vps an paid for it. They deleted my order without any reason and never answered to my emails. They are not serious. 0 stars
I have been in the Hosting industry (as a Buyer) for more than 15 Years. I have tried almost all famous hosting, I have never found a Hosting like NexusBytes in terms of Premium Support and Pricing. You pay 30% of the normal market prices and get the same Dedi/VPS Server + you pay only $20 Monthly to get Dedicate Full Premium Support. It is really something unique, Other hosting Companies charge you $100 for premium support and they answer after 6+ hours, With NexusBytes they answer me within 20-40 minutes and do all the hard work on my behalf. Been with them for 9 Months so far and I am more than Happy! Thank you guys!
Well, tech support replies to my tickets within 10 minutes and explains everything to me. I like it. I have been using Nexusbytes shared hosting service for a long time and can express the point that this web host is a solid hosting provider with services that can scale. I haven't tried their VPS stuff, but I am excited to try it when I have a little extra money, it sounds really cool.
