I use VPS 3.0G 1 Month. There is a premium support package that costs money otherwise an answer takes more then 4 days. Speed is ok. Less helpful people behind this service. Prices relatively expensive. I quit, sorry guys.
The site made a good impression but until my server was online it took 1 WEEK.The support answer after 4 days lol if you have any questions you are online. No one help.
I order my VPS on 11. November 2018...nothing happend and the support dont answer my tickets. Whats the problem ? I payed directly with bitcoin and its confirmed. Maybe the make holidays? Whatever. Please activate my VPS or send my money back.
Hosting with them the biggest torrent site from my country and since moving to them i forgot about problems. The support guys are helpful and reply fast the few times i send ticket .
Price could be better but good price/quality service ratio overall.
I hosting here over 3 months and they need a long time for activate my hosting packet. They answer my support mails after 72 hours (you can upgrade to premium support for 60€ - too expensive for me) and yea... i will change to a other hosting provider. Sorry. And refund policy? Nothing.
Tried them and everything has been working as it should, i got a problem at first but support solved very fast. Pro.: They don't seem to care on what you do with your hosting and i was able to encrypt disk. Con.: None yet
