Worst hosting company, Site automatically got deleted. Please dont buy hosting from this company. No data security. Infected with virus automatically. Wasted money and time with this frawd company.
Well after well R&D i found this hosting company Redserverhost.com and after 1 year using services i came here to give a honest review . I will say that their support towards clients is just awesome. It's not that i didn't face any issue with my hosting but the good thing is that their team assisted me on time and made me correct where i was wrong.
I tried namecheap but resources so low and they forced me to buy vps hosting so I decided to try other hosting all of them has lowest resources than namecheap till I come across this hosting provider believe me since I migrated to Red Server Host my site has not been down for one day ordinary shared hosting can allow 1k+ real time users believe me when I say I love them.
I am using Red Server Host From 4 months, Always it throws error of Internal Server Error. I am trying to connect with them to get resolution but their helpline no is always busy. I am trying to get connected with them from 2 days, literally dialed their no for 70-100 times, but no response. If you are thinking to go with Red Server Host please choose different service provider.
We searched your case and found that you tried to add Wallet balance for your domain reseller. We add wallet balance manually and you wanted it to be updated quickly which is not possible no matter how many calls you make .
Please note that We do not add balance in domain quickly. It is done manually in orderly manner. So please do not take call support for adding wallet balance.
As per my research, You purchase 1 domain in a month and you are using our Domain Reseller system. In such cases, we do not provide phone support.

Regardless of that lots of time I am facing emergency situation all the time your support number is busy. How do u nkow that I was calling you for domain related issues. Atleast you have to answer call from customers and understand there problem.

I am using the redserverhost for hosting and SSL from 6-8 months. In these months more than half of the time, the site was down. The ticket resolution was always taken lightly. Moving to GoDaddy mid-term. If this was the last hosting option available on Earth, I won't go for hosting either.
I am using Redserverhost for the past 2 years, it’s performance and speed is top-notch, I never faced any sort of issues. It does not just have cheap price plans but it is also a reliable hosting provider. They provide a world-class level of shared hosting as well as VPS hosting.
They've suspended two of my websites. Saying "That account has been locked by the root user. You cannot reactivate it." I cannot reactivate them to clean up any hack. Their support is NEVER available. All my WordPress installs constantly change usernames back to admin so I cannot login with a different username. Their server is hacked. I'm going to have to move everything away from them because of this. I would never recommend anyone else use them. I'll make sure to post about this everywhere and anywhere I can. They never even notified me they suspended accounts! So they've been down for three days with no notification.

1. We sent a mail on 20 May 2019 that our support will be offline for 4 days and we very clearly mentioned all the things there itself. We cannot be held responsible for your statement "Their support is NEVER available." because if our support was never available then how did we ever solve your issue on chat on Wednesday, January 23 2019, 11:02 ? and also multiple times on ticket?
Moreover, 80% of the time you ping us on chat on our OFF hours. We have clearly mentioned on our site that our support chat will be online only from 10 am to 6 pm IST.

2. More than 90% of wordpress sites over internet are vulnerable because they are either using vulnerable themes or vulnerable plugins. Last time also we found a suspicious link in one of your account and suspended it.
We have not suspended all the accounts. We have suspended only that account which is not secure and any hacker can easy control it and misuse it. I would appreciate if you permanently solve this issue by making it secure.

3. If our server is hacked then why are our other clients not reporting to us? As we know that this is a shared server so not only you but other clients are also here with their sites but it seems that they have already fixed their site.
4. For your statement "I'll make sure to post about this everywhere and anywhere I can.", you are free to do so. It is your wish but don't post only half of the things, post everything. If you post only negative things about the hosting provider then it will be a non-authentic review. Also post the vulnerablilites of your sites.
5. For your statement "I'm going to have to move everything away from them because of this.", we encourage this step because we cannot continue business with a client who has no patience to wait for our response, who has vulnerable sites, who sees that posting negative reviews which are not 100% correct will force us to look into their issue.
