SiteCountry support is extremely disappointing. Getting help from their team feels impossible. Their live chat is rarely available — sometimes it’s on, sometimes it’s off, depending on their mood. It seems like only one or two agents handle everything.
When you submit a ticket, even after 24 hours the only response you get is: “We are working on your issue.” The same generic reply comes on WhatsApp as well, with no real solution.
Calling them is useless because the phone number is usually switched off.
Overall, their customer support is unreliable, slow, and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service to anyone who expects timely and proper support.

I have been using SiteCountry for the last two years, and unfortunately, the experience has been consistently disappointing. My website goes down frequently—sometimes for almost 2 hours—and this issue keeps repeating. The support team does not provide proper responses, and instead of resolving the problem, the sales team makes false commitments that do not match the actual service quality. Overall, very dissatisfied with the reliability and support. Not recommended for serious business websites.
False Promises and No Real Support – Very Frustrated!
SiteCountry's so-called 24/7 support is a complete scam. For the last 3 days, I’ve been stuck with an unresolved issue and the only replies I get are generic apologies — no solutions, no follow-ups, no urgency.
You can’t keep fooling customers with fake promises. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and unless your team improves, I can’t recommend your service to anyone. Start fixing problems, not just saying sorry.
Waste of money. i chat with support team to renew my plan they told me to purchase a new one with same account or renew the existing package. so your existing website will be live I purchase the new one and my site down for 2 week. even I ask for a backup so that I do some thing. but still waiting for 2 weeks and create a ticket and no reply for 2 days.
There is no support other than live chat, who has no clue what's wrong with your hosting/website. Don't waste money reading the paid reviews. It's been a month that I have to ask them get my website running, after paying everything on time in full! Not worth your time and business.
