After updating my VPS to Ubuntu 24.04 recently I noticed multiple errors in syslog related to GPU and memory management. I recently requested a server upgrade (Ssdnodes).com, but before completing the payment, I decided not to proceed with the upgrade. Instead, I wanted to keep my existing server and purchase an additional one.
However, despite the upgrade never taking place, my original server was terminated — even though it has already been paid for in advance for the next three years. This means I’ve lost access to a fully paid server for an upgrade that was never executed.
I kindly requested that my original server be reinstated immediately, as I only intended to explore the upgrade — not to lose my active server. I still wish to keep my old server and do not need the upgrade.
It feels as though I have been penalized for an intention, not an action, and I hope SSDNodes can promptly correct this misunderstanding.

If you're looking for a reliable VPS hosting provider, look elsewhere! seriously oversells their services and fails to deliver on their promises. I purchased a 960GB plan, but my server constantly showed 100% disk usage even with over 80GB of free space. This indicates they're cramming way too many virtual servers onto their nodes and not monitoring resources properly. To make matters worse, their support is non-existent. I tried contacting them multiple times about the issue, but they completely ignored me. I was left with a broken server and no help in sight. Bottom line is unreliable, unresponsive, and simply doesn't care about their customers. Save yourself the headache and go with a different provider. You've been warned!

Yes usually, when a company goes for a down time, it is very difficult to hear from them.. well these guys I should mention my experience, that as far as i am concerned, knowing that a downtime is always a curse when it happens... but it happened once last month for a 20 minutes.. but when i reach their support on live chat, they directly responded, and informed me about the sudden issue they had, then they made sure to stay with me, and inform me once all got up.
The good thing is that nothing was lost from my work, and all got recovered quickly. So, even if it was a mishap, but they prove to be reponsible and present. I appreciate truithful relations. Keep it up

Let me share my experience with these guys! We went through tough times since my server's configuration was a bit complex, and I had to install a specific analytical software that was not compatible with the existing Debian operating systems built-in and offered in their system.
But the real deal was when their support personnel stayed along with me helping me make it work, knowing that it is not under their line of duty, but they still managed to get me the correct technical info to adjust the configuration of my softwarer and all went smooth.
