I have been hosting my business and personal sites with totalchoice for over 5 years. I started off using a VPS silver account and have upgraded to the larger account for more disk space. The speed and uptime have been excellent. Also, the support that I get is very good, and they have always been quick to resolve any problems. Most of the problems that I have had have been caused by myself. LOL

I have been with Total Choice for well over three years and have had no trouble at all. The servers are always up and the support is online. I have only needed to contact them one time and that was because my credit card expired.
they kept charging me for two years after i transferred the domain to another hosting company. Plus they are expensive and sneaky. don't make the same stupid mistake as i did!
I have been with them for 10+ years with several websites. All basic plans nothing fancy. Over the years I have contacted them a few times through their online chat service. Always found someone helpful to talk to. Never noticed that my sites where down or had someone complain they couldn't reach my sites. So I guess the downtime must be limited. In the early days they were one of the cheaper hosting companies around. Now there are cheaper services but their pricing still seems fair. Personally i can't complain.
TERRIBLE - run screaming in the opposite direction
Total Choice Hosting is, unfortunately, the worst. They have been billing me for services I NEVER received and have absolutely abysmal customer service... a huge waste of time and money! :(
Even though they told me all my (pointless) services were cancelled (after being incredibly rude on the phone) what they DON'T tell you is that YOU have to login to PayPal on your end and turn off the auto-subscription, or else you will KEEP GETTING BILLED FOREVER.
RUN SCREAMING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. I am sure literally any other company would be more helpful, more polite, and less weasel-y!
I had a website hosted with TotalChoice in 2003-2006. They were very good. Very helpful forum. But it was then. What's now, don't know, but according to their forum, something has changed there. For good or for worse ? don't know. Check their forum.
I have been hosting with Total Choice Hosting for four years now. Nothing has changed, in fact it just the same it has been. Reliable and Fast Hosting is what I have always had with them. The forums are slower today because well all forums across all the internet are a dead breed!
They are still great (2019). I have been with them for years. I use IRC and connect to their channel for help. They are in there all the time. I rarely need help but when I do they are on top of it. The owner of the company Bill Kish is in there during work hours.
