Initial support was good but they are cheating customers by selling NVME but providing HDD. After confronting they cancelled the server without notice disrupting the business.

We are existing customer of VCCL hosting, they don't provide email support and telephonic support. When your server is down, you have to bare pressure and your services will be down without expected time to resolve it back.
Surprisingly their server and support server both are in same network so you won't be able to reach them out through their support portal. You will feel helpless at that moment.

Really liked the server speed and there support was best in class. I had some issues regarding the configuration. Which was promptly solved by Mr. Chidambaram. He took calls out of the office hours and provided the solution

they do not give refund they try to tweak you one month and the send you detials on non refund link. if you will raise complain first of all they will take time to solve and they will call you and try to retain you by givin verbal assurity that if you will find any issue you will get money refurn again then they will tell you on whatapp that you will get money back and raise issue on their portal and then delete the chat . i will share the ticket reocord and even i chat reocrd screen shot and even block the login page to get login in their panel. really i have wasted my money.
