I simply want to keep my retirement/travel blog going and it was going to jump up to about $400+ for the amount of GB and security. That's ridiculous...
for a hobby and way to revisit our travel experiences while also able to share them with family and friends. InterServer seemed so much more reasonable! Switching went well although the time delay at one point between my questions and the answers was frustrating, but that got remedied. So far so good. I am NOT a tech savvy person these days! Looking forward to continuing with InterServer. (Too bad I had just renewed with BlueHost before realizing I was going to need a $200 upgrade + security upgrade! Those are what made me research and discover InterServer!! Glad I did!)

s de su software. Nos vendieron/proporcionaron software obsoleto, como Microsoft 2012 (incluso hasta el año 2025) y PHP desactualizado durante años. Apenas funcionaba y causaba problemas constantes. Cada vez que nos quejábamos, fingían tomarse en serio la actualización a un VPS moderno con software funcional. Sin embargo, en realidad todo se convirtió en un juego y una tontería. Su agente, Javier, no dejaba de aumentar el precio que nos ofrecían hasta hacerlo excesivamente caro, contándonos todo tipo de excusas para intentar justificar el aumento desorbitado (como que Plesk cobraba por CPU o por tamaño de base de datos, etc.). Confirmé con Plesk y con otras empresas de servidores que era información completamente falsa. Cada vez que intentábamos migrar a otro proveedor, ponían trabas y no nos daban acceso esencial (al directorio raíz de Plesk, etc.) a la otra empresa de servidores. Incluso apagaban nuestro servidor y fingían no saber qué ocurría, lo que provocó un caos total y un daño enorme a nuestra página web de reservas, nuestro negocio y nuestros clientes. Además, nos enviaban facturas duplicadas del mismo periodo con importes y referencias diferentes (aunque no debíamos nada). Cada vez que les reclamábamos, se disculpaban por los errores, pero seguían haciendo lo mismo, con las mismas tácticas una y otra vez. Jamás volvería a contratar un hosting con Axanet. No se lo recomendaría a nadie que quiera gestionar un negocio serio.

I had a very disappointing experience with InterServer. I paid for two separate accounts, but after requesting cancellation for only one of them, b...
oth accounts were closed without my consent. I never asked for the second account to be canceled, and suddenly I lost access to a service I had already paid for. What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper communication and support. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left without clear answers or a solution. I requested to escalate the matter and speak with a manager, but this was not properly addressed. This situation feels unprofessional and unfair. Closing a paid account without explicit permission is not acceptable, especially when it affects business operations. I hope the company improves its customer support and internal processes, as this experience was very disappointing.
