Great service.
Great service. The transparent pricing and billing help a lot as I'm not running a huge business. The performance difference between NetCup and Dedica...
tedCore as compared to other VPS providers is significant. Would recommend it to everyone.

Great for Agency Hosting
Setup their agency hosting (formerly called Cloud) for my clients. Been running with no downtime for over 16 months now across 23 clients. The speeds ...
are incredible and the uptime was my biggest surprise. Support has been great when I needed it, there was one time that the support agent couldn't resolve my issue and had to escalate it to someone over email. This issue was resolved a couple of hours later. Overall, the experience has been great, and the pricing beats what I was paying over at Flywheel for a similar agency hosting plan. I also have a couple of test accounts on their shared hosting product. This product has seen some great improvements over the past year and is quite impressive as well.

Worst hosting company of decade
Hello Guys, I can list of many reasons to stay away from this company. 1) Totally illegal financially: Due to their illegal activity in financing p...
rocedure, I had to contact sub-department of "German Federal Ministry of Finance" ( abbreviated as BMF ). They charge VAT to non-EU members but after your payment, they do not indicate VAT in submitted invoice. Do not feed this gangstas with your money. 2) There is no way to cancel your service: I signed up to their website and checked out a dedicated server with one month subs. I did not choose annual subscription, that's why monthly price was a bit higher. Before the end of three months period, I informed them that I did not need this service and thanked them. What happened next? They asked extra money in addition to given price in their website. In case you do not agree with their price, they threaten you by forwarding your documents to finance companies which has no sense for me. If they wish, they are welcome to Algeria. They can't answer me when I ask why I should pay for a service which I had not bought. 3) Far away from basic technologies: Imagine a hosting company which has been pronounced as "the best by some other commentors" has no credit card payment gateway 4) Configuration of your service is an illusion: I have been over 15years in the market and I am able to manage some performance tests after buying a vps or a dedié and I did the same process after check out the shopping cart in Netcup's page. The weird thing is that what they promise and what you get are not the same. When you check out the memory of dedié, it shows 64GB ram in command prompt but if you wish to check the real ram performance, it was not going above 40% of guaranteed ram in a virgin server. Dedicated traffic premised by Netcup was 1gbps but it was around 300Mbps during the test. Seems like dedicated server is not a real dedicated server and we had noisy neighbors. If I were you, I would have been keep away from Netcup. Because I do it that way.

Incompetent support team – zero technical expertise
I bought hosting yesterday on bluehost and set up all by myself. It worked for a few hours, then someone from their team changed something (probably S...
SL) and the site went down. After 5-6 straight hours long on chat, they had no clue how to fix what they broke. The site was completely blocked and I was totally frustrated. Their support team is incapable — even the seniors just go through formalities without solving anything. If senior management or owner reads this: replace this team if you really want to grow. Otherwise they’re a waste of time and money. The team is completely incapable. Today I warned them to fix the site or I’d host it somewhere else. They still failed to set up the domain correctly, so I asked the MilesWeb team for help. The support person named Harshal Chaudhari at MilesWeb helped me out, even though my hosting is elsewhere. I only have the domain with them. but the milesweb support person really impressed — provided the excellent support. I have posted my positive review on milesweb too. I would recommend the community of this platform, You better to buy hosting related work anywhere else but not on bluehost. All the good reviews here look paid or only cover minor fixes.
