Before purchasing this server, I repeatedly asked which package I should buy and clearly confirmed whether it was DMCA ignored. They said yes, it was
...DMCA ignored — and to be fair, they did not lie about that part. They also assured me that the package I bought was fast and suitable for a movie website.
That turned out to be completely false.
After installing our software and starting tests, the results were terrible. Uploading takes 30–40 minutes, and encoding takes another 40 minutes. Encoding a 3 GB movie takes nearly 2 hours, which is absolutely unacceptable for a server advertised as “fast” and “suitable for streaming.”
When I asked for a refund, they refused.
To make things worse, the support team told me that because I paid $220, support may take a long time, and that if I had purchased a more expensive package, I would have received better and faster support. This is nothing but discrimination. Isn’t my $220 real money?
My money is gone, my time is wasted, and the service does not deliver what was promised. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider. Please read this carefully before buying — otherwise, your money may go straight to the trash, just like mine.
