o script violated their policy. It was not a real banking website — just sample/demo content included in a script package. Instead of suspending my site and allowing me to fix it, they immediately terminated my account, refused refunds, and worst of all, denied me access to download my own website files and databases (including unrelated projects I was building). This is very unprofessional. A serious hosting provider should always give customers the chance to resolve issues, and at minimum, release their data. HarmonWeb destroyed my work and business reputation. If you value your website and your data, stay away from HarmonWeb.
