From affordable plans with robust features to its seamless setup process, Cloudzy offers a lot on paper—but does it live up to expectations? In this review, I’ll share my firsthand experience with Cloudzy, including its strengths, weaknesses, and who it’s best suited for. Let’s see if this host is worth your time and money.
Cloudzy Hosting offers a wide range of VPS hosting solutions, targeting beginners and seasoned professionals. What immediately stood out to me was the flexibility of their plans. You can choose from Linux VPS, Windows VPS, RDP VPS, Forex VPS, or Cloud Servers, each tailored to different use cases.
The entry-level plans are budget-friendly yet feature high-speed NVMe SSD storage, multiple server locations, and support for various operating systems.
During my tests, I appreciated the ease of setup and the clean, user-friendly dashboard. However, one downside I noticed is the lack of live chat support, which could be a dealbreaker for users who need instant assistance. On the flip side, their knowledge base is incredibly detailed and a great resource for troubleshooting on your own.
Cloudzy is ideal for users on a limited budget, personal websites, or small business owners who need flexible and scalable VPS solutions. While it may not offer everything top-tier hosts provide, its value for the price and customizable plans make it a solid contender in the VPS hosting market.
Keep reading as I share more about my experience and insights into their pricing, performance, and support.

Cloudzy Prices & Plans – 2026
Cloudzy Hosting offers Linux VPS, Windows VPS, RDP VPS, Forex VPS, and Cloud Servers, covering many needs—from running lightweight applications to handling resource-intensive tasks.
One of the features I find particularly appealing is their 7-day money-back guarantee. This gives you enough time to test the waters, and if you’re not satisfied, you can cancel and get a full refund.
Even after this window, up to 14 days, you can still claim refunds for unused credit.
Another aspect I appreciate is Cloudzy’s downtime compensation. If they fail to maintain service uptime due to their own issues, they credit your account twice the amount deducted for the affected period.
To top it off, they accept various payment methods, including cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Alipay and more. This flexibility makes Cloudzy accessible to users from various backgrounds.
I like how Cloudzy’s pricing structure strikes an excellent balance between affordability and performance.

Ease of Use
To test the ease of use of Cloudzy Hosting, I decided to go through the entire process—from registration to server management—and explore features like the dashboard and control panel.
Here’s a detailed review of how intuitive and user-friendly Cloudzy’s platform is, based on my experience.
Registration and Creating a New Account
To begin, I headed to the Cloudzy website to start the registration process.
Step 1: Selecting a Hosting Plan I navigated to the top menu and clicked on Products, choosing Linux VPS from the dropdown. This led me to the pricing page, where I scrolled down and selected the Hypersonic Enterprise Plan—a robust choice with 16 GB memory, 8 vCPUs, and 350 GB SSD storage. Once satisfied, I clicked Get Started to proceed.
Step 2: Configuring the VPS On the next page, I was guided through four simple steps to configure my VPS:
Plan Confirmation: The selected plan details appeared, including storage, bandwidth, and pricing.
Choose Region: I picked a server location. Each region displayed potential savings, so I opted for Utah.
Choose an Image: Here, I could select my preferred operating system. Options ranged from Ubuntu and Debian to Windows Server. I chose Ubuntu Server 24.04 for its reliability.
Network Settings: Additional features like IPv6 and Nested Virtualization were optional, and the interface made it clear what each feature offered.
Once I reviewed my configuration, I clicked Deploy Now to proceed.
Step 3: Account Creation Next, I was prompted to create an account. Cloudzy makes this step seamless by allowing you to sign up using your email or third-party accounts like Google or GitHub. I entered my details, verified my email with a code sent to my inbox, and moved to the payment section.
Payment and Checkout
After creating my account, I selected a payment method from the diverse options available, including cryptocurrencies, PayPal, Alipay and credit cards.
The process was straightforward, and once the payment was complete, I received an email confirming my purchase.
What I appreciated most was that I didn’t need to log in to a separate dashboard to manage my server—everything was centralized, and my server appeared instantly in the Services List tab.
Exploring the Dashboard
After completing my payment and seeing my server instantly listed under the Services List tab, I was impressed by the seamless transition. There was no need to log in to a separate dashboard or navigate through multiple menus—everything was centralized in one place.
Cloudzy’s dashboard is designed to be clean, modern, and intuitive. Here’s what you’ll see:
Left Panel: This contains navigation links for managing services, SSH keys, IP addresses, and billing.
Middle Panel: Displays your active services with details like server name, specifications, and IP address.
Right Panel: Shows account balance, monthly spending, and activity logs.
I found it easy to locate everything I needed without feeling overwhelmed. The logical layout is a big plus for both beginners and advanced users.
Managing the Server
I also wanted to see how easy it is to manage the server.
To manage your server, simply click on its name in the Services List tab on the dashboard. This opens a detailed management page to view and modify server settings.
At the very top, you’ll find essential controls:
Start: Turn on the server if it’s currently off.
Restart: Reboot the server, useful for applying changes or troubleshooting.
Turn Off: Safely shut down the server when it’s not in use.
Delete: Remove the server if it’s no longer needed.
These options are clearly labeled, making them easy to use even for those new to VPS hosting.
Below the main controls, you’ll see additional server details, such as:
Hostname: Displays the name of your server for identification purposes.
SSH Keys: If you’ve added SSH keys for secure access, they will be listed here. If not, you can generate or upload keys easily.
Password: Provides the password for accessing your server directly.
Configurable Options
Cloudzy offers a variety of options to customize and manage your server efficiently:
Resize: Scale your server resources up or down based on your requirements. This is useful for handling traffic spikes or saving costs during low-usage periods.
Change OS: Switch to a different operating system if your project needs it. For example, you can go from Ubuntu to Debian in just a few clicks.
Network: Manage IP settings, including IPv6 and additional network configurations.
Snapshots: Create backups of your server’s current state. This feature is invaluable for restoring your server after major changes or potential errors.
Logs: Monitor server activities, such as recent logins and performance metrics, to troubleshoot issues or optimize performance.
Rescue Mode: Boot into a secure environment for recovery if your server experiences critical errors or misconfigurations.
Dashboard Tabs
Each tab in the server’s management page is designed to provide specific functionalities:
Access: For connecting to your server via SSH or remote desktop.
Resize: Adjust server specifications with no downtime.
Snapshots: Take snapshots or restore from a backup.
Network: View and modify network-related configurations.
Logs: A detailed view of server events and activities.
Tickets: Open support tickets directly from this tab if you need assistance.
The server management interface is user-friendly and highly responsive. Everything is logically arranged, with clear tooltips and labels to guide you through the process.
Even complex tasks like resizing or changing the OS are simplified into a few clicks, ensuring you can focus on your projects without worrying about technical roadblocks.
Final Thoughts
Cloudzy Hosting scores high on ease of use. The registration process is intuitive, the dashboard is well-organized, and server management options are comprehensive yet simple to navigate.
Cloudzy
Cloudzy is your trusted Cloud VPS provider. They specialize in delivering high-performance virtual private servers designed to fuel your digital ambitions. With a commitment to reliability, scalability, and top-notch security, Cloudzy is the partner you need to succeed in the cloud.
To evaluate the performance of the Cloudzy server, I conducted comprehensive tests using sysbench, a benchmarking tool designed to assess server performance in areas such as CPU, disk I/O, and memory. Below are the server specifications I tested:
Plan: 8 vCPU | 24GB RAM | 450GB Storage
Operating System: Debian 11

Here are the tests I performed and the results, along with an explanation of what each metric means:
1. CPU Performance Test
I used the following command to test CPU performance:
sysbench --test=cpu --cpu-max-prime=20000 run
This test calculates prime numbers up to 20,000, providing insights into the server’s processing power. Below are the results:
Events per second: 1863.23
Total time taken: 10.0004 seconds
Latency:
Minimum: 0.53 ms
Average: 0.54 ms
Maximum: 0.78 ms
Analysis:
The server handled 1863 events per second, which is an excellent result for a VPS in this tier. The low latency—averaging just 0.54 milliseconds—indicates minimal delays in processing. This means the server is capable of handling compute-intensive tasks efficiently, making it suitable for applications requiring significant processing power.
2. Disk I/O Performance Test
For disk performance, I used the following commands:
Prepare the test file: sysbench –test=fileio –file-total-size=2G prepare
Run the random read/write test: sysbench –test=fileio –file-total-size=2G –file-test-mode=rndrw run
Here are the key results from the test:
Read speed: 11178.70 reads/s (~174.67 MiB/s)
Write speed: 7452.47 writes/s (~116.44 MiB/s)
Total throughput: 23855.89 fsyncs/s
Latency:
Minimum: 0 ms
Average: 0.02 ms
Maximum: 1.36 ms
Analysis:
The server achieved 174.67 MiB/s read speed and 116.44 MiB/s write speed, which is impressive for NVMe storage. The near-instantaneous latency and high throughput indicate excellent performance for disk-intensive tasks, such as databases and file hosting.
3. Memory Performance Test
To test memory performance, I ran the following command:
sysbench --test=memory --memory-block-size=1M --memory-total-size=10G run
This test measures how quickly the server can write 10GB of data in 1MB blocks. The results were:
Transfer speed: 19364.60 MiB/sec
Total operations: 10240
Total time: 0.5282 seconds
Latency:
Minimum: 0.05 ms
Average: 0.05 ms
Maximum: 0.10 ms
Analysis:
The memory transfer speed of 19364.60 MiB/sec is exceptionally fast, showcasing the server’s ability to handle memory-intensive tasks efficiently. The low latency further confirms that the RAM on this VPS is high-performance DDR4, ideal for applications requiring rapid data processing.
Overall Performance Review
Cloudzy’s server demonstrated excellent performance across all tests. Here’s a summary of the key strengths:
CPU: The 8-core processor delivered consistent and fast results, making it ideal for compute-heavy applications like analytics and simulations.
Disk I/O: The NVMe SSD storage provided exceptional throughput and low latency, ensuring optimal performance for databases and file transfers.
Memory: With over 19GB/s of memory bandwidth, the server can handle demanding applications such as caching, virtualization, and large-scale data processing.
Cloudzy’s VPS performed impressively during my tests, surpassing expectations for a server in its price range. The combination of high-performance CPUs, enterprise-grade NVMe SSD storage, and fast DDR4 memory makes it a reliable option for various use cases, from web hosting to resource-heavy applications.
While the performance is exceptional, users should note that this is an unmanaged VPS, requiring technical expertise to maximize its potential. Overall, I would highly recommend Cloudzy’s VPS for its value and top-tier performance.
Cloudzy
Cloudzy is your trusted Cloud VPS provider. They specialize in delivering high-performance virtual private servers designed to fuel your digital ambitions. With a commitment to reliability, scalability, and top-notch security, Cloudzy is the partner you need to succeed in the cloud.
Cloudzy offers a range of support options, including ticket submissions, email inquiries, phone support, a contact form, and a comprehensive knowledge base.
I explored each of these methods to understand their efficiency, response times, and overall customer service quality. Here’s my detailed review based on my experience.
1. Ticket Support
The ticket system is accessible through the Support tab on the left panel of the dashboard. To test this, I clicked New Ticket, which opened a simple form requiring a subject, the relevant department (Sales, Support, etc.), and a message.
I submitted a query about SSH access at 1:32 PM, explaining an issue I encountered while trying to connect to my server using the command:
The submission process was intuitive and well-organized, with clear prompts.
I received a response at 2:03 PM, just 31 minutes after submitting my ticket. This response time is impressive, especially for a hosting provider that lacks live chat support. It shows their commitment to addressing customer concerns promptly, even via a more traditional ticketing system.
The instructions were straightforward and addressed the problem directly. Vera also encouraged further follow-up in case the issue persisted, which demonstrates a proactive and customer-centric approach.
2. Email Support
I tested Cloudzy’s email support by sending a question to sales@cloudzy.com at 1:35 PM, asking about the type of storage they use for their servers. Specifically, I inquired if they utilized local NVMe drives or a shared SAN setup, as I wanted to understand the I/O performance offered.
I received a response at 9:43 PM, approximately 8 hours and 8 minutes after sending my email. While this isn’t the fastest response time, it’s reasonable for an email support channel, especially since many hosting providers have longer delays for non-urgent queries.
The reply was polite, concise, and addressed my question directly:
The email also encouraged further communication, inviting follow-up questions. This demonstrates their openness and willingness to assist, even after the initial query is resolved.
The email support experience was positive overall. While the response time could be improved for sales-related queries, the quality of the reply was excellent. The explanation provided was clear and directly addressed my concern.
3. Phone Support
Cloudzy’s phone support is available at +971 58 191 0073. I called this number and was greeted by an automated system before being connected to a representative
The wait time was minimal, and the staff member I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable about general inquiries.
Although phone support seemed more focused on sales and general information than technical issues, I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to assist. This is a convenient and reliable option for users seeking clarity about plans or configurations.
4. Contact Form
The Contact Us form on Cloudzy’s website is designed for reaching out to the sales department. It’s simple to use, requiring only a name, email address, and message. I tested this feature by submitting a query about custom server configurations, and the process was smooth and user-friendly.
After submitting the form, I promptly received an acknowledgment email confirming receipt, which reassures users that their message has been received and will be addressed.
However, similar to my experience with email support, the response time for the contact form can take several hours. Based on the email support response time, you can expect a reply within 8-10 hours, depending on the nature of your query.
5. Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base is one of Cloudzy’s most impressive support features. It’s categorized into sections like VPS Management, Connections, and Operating Systems, making it easy to find relevant information.
I tested the search functionality by looking up “SSH access.” The results were detailed, providing step-by-step instructions to resolve common issues.
What I liked most was how well-organized and beginner-friendly the articles were.
The Knowledge Base is an invaluable resource whether you’re troubleshooting or learning about advanced configurations.
Missing Features
One significant drawback is the absence of live chat support. Competitors in the hosting space often provide this as a standard feature, and its omission here feels like a missed opportunity.
Live chat could bridge the gap for users needing instant assistance, particularly for time-sensitive issues.
Final Impressions
Overall, I found Cloudzy’s support system reliable and professional. The variety of channels, such as ticket submissions, email, and phone support, ensures that users have multiple ways to get help. My standout feature is the Knowledge Base, which offers detailed and categorized information, empowering users to troubleshoot independently.
However, the lack of live chat and delayed responses to my email and ticket queries leave room for improvement. Adding live chat and streamlining response times would elevate Cloudzy’s support system to match its otherwise high standards.
For now, it’s an excellent choice for users who value structured, well-documented, and professional support.
Cloudzy Review: Bottom Line
After spending considerable time evaluating Cloudzy, including hands-on testing of their platform and assessment of their support, they’re a noteworthy option within the competitive VPS hosting landscape, though with certain factors that I feel are important to consider.
What immediately stands out is the sheer value I see. The combination of high-performance AMD EPYC CPUs, Ryzen processors, rapid NVMe SSD storage, and 10 Gbps internet connections, all at prices starting below $4 monthly, is genuinely impressive. I find that this level of hardware at this price point typically involves compromises, yet Cloudzy largely avoids that.
The breadth of their offerings also warrants my attention. Whether I needed a Linux, Windows, RDP, or Forex VPS, or even a Cloud Server, there seems to be a plan tailored for virtually any application I could imagine.
From a user-centric perspective, I found their control panel exceptionally intuitive. I was able to register, deploy, and configure a VPS, including resource adjustments and OS changes, quite seamlessly.
However, Cloudzy’s support system is an area that, in my opinion, requires further development.
This is the worst VPS provider I have ever used. They randomly suspend servers without providing any concrete evidence. If you email them asking for proof, they won’t acknowledge it at all and just keep repeating their AUP from start to finish. Moreover, this provider does not refund the remaining balance in your account. I do not recommend using this company.
VPS ports blocked, support couldn't resolve without root access
I rented a VPS from Cloudzy and the server became unreachable on the 8th day after activation.
I confirmed that the SSH service itself is running correctly: – It accepts connections locally from localhost on both port 2222 and 50022. – The service is visible in ss -tulpen as listening on the expected ports. – There are no blocking firewall rules in iptables or UFW for these ports. – Incoming packets reached the server but responses never left.
Despite multiple checks and cooperation with support, the issue persists and prevents me from using the service as intended. The support insisted they could not investigate without my root password — which is highly unusual and insecure for a hosting provider to ask. Despite acknowledging the issue might not be related to my configuration, they refused to refund me because more than 7 days had passed.
This company facilitates phishing attacks on Americans and works "hand in hand" with cyber criminals. Do not trust them with your information as they will most likely sell it or use it for malicious purposes.
It is a nightmare to hosting my VPS with them in NY data center, the VPS suddenly down and it was down for 24 hours without any backup plan, i can’t imaging they can’t solve the VPS issue after 24 hours. Please stay away and their credits are not able to refund or withdraw if not utilized.
Please don't buy anything from these scammers. They are a shady service, with a shady support that's won't help. Hope my money can be refounded in some way. Get Linode instead, and stay away from this trash.
The refund policy of Cloudzy company does not match what is mentioned on the website. I added $20.00 credit, and used the service only in the first few hours, with a balance of over $19.70. Dissatisfied with the result of the service, I requested a refund of the remaining amount. In the support ticket, the company informs that the remaining balance remains as credit for the customer to use the service. However, how can the customer want to continue using the service when it has not met their expectations?
I had a great experience with Cloudzy for the Forex VPS plan that I got last year. Their service has been reliable and I haven't experienced any issues so far. For my other websites, I use both DedicatedCore and Cloudzy. I am extremely satisfied with their services and backend processes. Both providers offer a variety of operating systems to choose with MetaTrader4/5. Overall, I highly recommend both of the hosting providers for their excellent services and features.
Super impressive service. I used their services for VPN purposes, and due to restrictions in my country I had no payment options than Bitcoin. Cloudzy supports several payment options including cryptocurrencies without frustrating KYCs. Really happy with their platform and their service. Very transparent with cost and super fast replies from their support team. Must try!
Dear Diana Seboktekin We are delighted to hear that you had a great experience with our service. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are thrilled that we were able to meet your expectations.
